Pulse bag dust catcher
Introduction:
By decades of dust elimination experience and advanced technology, we have developed of series of high-quality dust catchers comfirmed by national environment protection bureau, with ASCO world famous valve as part. DMC pulse bag dust collector produced by our company remians international overall dimension, and some critical parts, e.g. dust removal system, are optimized. Equipped with CBK pulse controller manufactured by our company, it can greatly improve the performance.
Application:
Pulse bag dust collector is used for eliminating dust in flour processing, glassmaking, mine metallurgy, cement building material, chemical pharmaceutical industry. Features:
With impact structure, large filtering area and small occupation, it can be combined with fan, motor and muffler according to customer's requirement.
There are 9 models for customer's choice, which are equipped with automatic dust unloading device respectively, with capcacity varying from 2000 m3/h to 20000m3/h.
Dust elimination efficiency reaches 99.5%. The dedusting system can be improved with parts of imported ASCO eletromagnetic valve and CBK pulse controller.
This dust catcher is applicable for various dusty air, featuring high temperature resistance, acidproof, alkali resistance, anti-static, waterproof and oilproof, with high-quality filtering material.
Dust catcher is generally used under temperature of 120oC, but also can be used under 230oC high temperature. The machine can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. We also supply special design according to customer��s personal requirement.
This dust catcher is composed of 5 components including upper chamber, middle chamber, lower chamber, dust discharging device and dedusting system. There are blow tube and air outlet in the upper chamber, and porous board, venturi tube, filter bag, keel, pulse valve and dedusting system in the middle chamber. The lower chamber includes ash hopper, air inlet and overhaul gate, and the dust discharging device is composed of dust unloading valve or spiral conveyor. DMCII24-36 dust collector adopts rotary dust unloading valve, and DMCII48-120 dust collector adopts spiral conveyor for discharging dust. The dedusting system operates in such way that the CBK-III pulse controller controls the sprial valve and compressed air, via the blowing pipe and on venturi pluse, blows backwards to clean the filter bag.
