Coal gasifier working principle:
Solid fuel can be gasified into combustible gas with vapour medium. Because the vapour medium is mixture, the output is mixed combustible gas which is called mixed gas. Hot gas produced after primary dust removal is conveyed to gas heating furnace nozzle and erupts firing, with the oxygen supply of hot air conveyed from hot air pipe around the furnace, which generated high temperature to heat the furnace and reach the furnace��s required heat value. The temperature is very even because the innar fuel is gas. This furnace is widely used as different types with certain temperature range including steel rolling furnace, annealing furnace, forging furnace, steel pipe furnace, glass furnace, aluminum melting furnace, copper furnace, ceramic furnace, etc.
